Welcome to Universal Light Reiki. I'm Laura, a Reiki practitioner dedicated to helping others find inner peace and cultivate a deeper connection to their well-being. My journey with Reiki began a few years ago and has changed my life in ways that were unimaginable to me. I've been on my spiritual journey for sometime and I was drawn to the gentle yet profound way Reiki supports holistic healing on all levels – physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual. Over the years I have completed my levels of training and I am a member of the Canadian Reiki Association. My goal is to build a community where we feel connected and whole.
